MY TAKE ON THINGS
All my life I have looked to improve. Improve in my habits, my health, my thought processes, my work ethic, and my overall outlook of my life in this world. I have spent my life trying to provide excellent customer service in every occupation I have had as well. That is the one thing I see lacking in business today, customer service. That has been at the forefront of my mind in dealing with customers in my 30 plus years of working. Whether it was doing the best job of mowing the lawn (For free or being paid) to cleaning buildings and offices for my best friends father (Pops) as one of my first real jobs, to helping customers get a quality magazine printed on the massive 2 story printing presses I ran, to making sure families were happy & satisfied in the boat they purchased. In all the professions I have had over the years, the one thing that was the most important to me, was that the customer was satisfied at the end of the day. Just as I like to be satisfied after I make a purchase, go with a particular service, or have my house painted.
In the commercial cleaning business my passion is to provide that same level of customer service in an industry that seems to be almost void of it. It seems to be all about the sales and getting your business by offering a super low price and or fake promises. They also want to lock you into a long contract so you have to fight to get out of it, even when the service is unsatisfactory. So they get your business but then don't live up to the promises they made. And good luck with getting through to someone that is going to listen and do something about it. Especially in a timely manner. It takes a lot of work and dedication to find people who truly care about what they are doing and take pride in providing a quality service. We help that process in quite a few different ways, including our performance driven bonus program. As we all know, a little incentive never hurts anything.
At the end of the day we know there can be a hiccup and we are only human. But we promise to do our best to do a quality job for you each and every time. We know that things can happen and nobody is perfect. Where we can shine, is in how we correct the issue and take care of you, Our Customer. That is our #1 goal!
